1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid ID and payment method are required to secure your booking. Full payment may be required at the time of check-in as per hotel policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to our guests while accounting for the operational realities of managing our hotel. Policies may vary for special offers, promotions, or packages; please refer to the specific terms on your booking confirmation.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Policy

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests and hotel staff. Valid photo identification is required at check-in (Passport, Aadhar, Driving License).

5. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

6. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
